Patrick Acosta

A seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience, Patrick is VP Strategic Sales at segmentation and data leader Claritas, where he manages relationships with the company’s largest brands. Patrick joined Claritas from the advertising and media agency world where he worked at top agencies like The Martin Agency and Mullen Lowe. He also spent time on the client side at AT&T where he helped manage their $2 Billion media budget. His responsibilities have been media planning, consumer insights, analytics, proprietary tools and working with creative and strategic teams. He brings a unique perspective having worked on all sides – client, sales and advertising agency.

Patrick is an industry expert in utilizing data and technology to drive insights that lead to significant growth. In his early days in the industry he helped double MCI revenue through his proprietary tool that took advantage of their competitors, to improving Alltel’s media effectiveness that led to the Verizon purchase, to turning a struggling analytics team into one of the largest in the advertising world.

When he is not helping clients drive revenue you can find him with his kids outdoors fishing, in the garden or cooking a delicious meal. He lives in North Carolina with his wife where they enjoy the long summers and amazing BBQ.

Gail serves as the Westminster Kennel Club’s director of communications, spokesperson, and on-air analyst for its iconic New York City dog show on FOX and FS1 and host of the video series, The Road to Westminster.

An advertising, marketing, and public relations professional, Gail has decades of experience in brand development, content creation and media relations. She is an award-winning advertising broadcast producer with Clio and Cannes wins to her credit. Gail took her passion for dogs and turned it into a professional career as the former national spokesperson for the American Kennel Club and founder of the Super Fit Fido Club. Her work has received awards in the public relations, licensing and social media industries. She holds a Master of Arts in Communications from St. Louis University.

Amy Bobchek

Amy Bobchek is a 25-year media industry veteran. She began her career on-air, hosting television shows on a local station in the DC area. After moving into the advertising sales side of the business, she found her niche. As her career progressed, Amy ultimately led a team of 75 for Comcast Spotlight, now called Effectv, and over the years helped hundreds of advertisers and ad sales professionals achieve their most aspirational goals. In her 13 years there, she was twice recognized with the company’s top annual leadership award and was a four-time President’s Club leadership honoree. She also built a network of women at all stages of their careers that became her most valuable professional asset. Although her plans were to stay in the enterprise world and enjoy an early retirement, a chance encounter opened a new door for her in the startup world. Joining Advocado in its very early stages as Chief Revenue Officer, Amy found an invigorating, exciting and innovative environment that gave her the opportunity to leverage her experience while learning something new every day. She has grown the business from the ground up, establishing a revenue base comprised of brands, agencies and channel partners, helped to expand Advocado’s  brand recognition across the industry, and learned to make exceptional guacamole. Although her role at Advocado takes her all over the world, Amy says being involved in her community at home keeps her grounded. Andrea Clarke-Hall

Vice President, Business Development, Tubi

Andrea Clarke-Hall leads Business Development for Tubi, the world’s largest free movie and TV streaming service. Andrea is responsible for negotiating Tubi’s content acquisition deals, building a content library of over 12,000 titles, and most recently launching Tubi’s partnership with NBCUniversal. Andrea also leads Tubi’s app distribution deals, including their deal with Comcast Xfinity, where Tubi was the third streaming app available on the cable service after Netflix and YouTube.

Prior to joining Tuib, Andrea managed Global Business Development for Sony Pictures’ Crackle. She also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York for six years where she litigated and tried major racketeering and economic fraud cases.

Patrick Dolan

Former President + COO, IAB

Patrick Dolan is the former President and COO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau. During his 13 years at the IAB, Dolan founded its Data Council and Data Center of Excellence, co-founded its Mobile Center of Excellence, and was a founding executive board member of the IAB Tech Lab.  He helped to establish the IAB Podcast Upfronts and IAB’s Digital Sales Certification Program, which has certified over 15,000 sales executives worldwide to date.

Mr. Dolan has been involved with the digital advertising and media industry for the better part of two decades. He pioneered many digital advertising techniques while in senior roles at DoubleClick, now owned by Google. While Director of Business Operations at DoubleClick, Mr. Dolan was a member of the team that developed interest-based advertising, re-targeting, and other data-related digital advertising products. Mr. Dolan served as the Executive Director of the Locomotion Cable Channel, a joint venture between Hearst and Corus Entertainment.

Mr. Dolan received his BA in economics from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Matthew Fanelli

Matthew Fanelli is Senior Vice President, Digital, at MNI Targeted Media (MNI) and its two business units, MNI and Harpoon.

Matt is a recognized leader in online advertising strategy and management, with more than 20 years of experience. He developed MNI’s successful social media and search marketing products, and contributed to the development of MNI’s digital-only media strategy and services solution, Harpoon.

Matt was instrumental in the development of MNIx, our programmatic solution, and The Omnipoint System, our proprietary data and media-planning tool, as well as our custom packaging; social; and search solutions. 

In 2017, Matt spearheaded the development of MNI’s Digital Marketing Manager (DMM).  DMM is an enterprise-wide tech stack that provides an end-to-end system for all of MNI’s digital solutions. It’s a comprehensive platform that will increase accuracy, speed, and efficiencies.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Iona College and resides in Eastchester, NY.

Jeff is a native Michigander, born and raised in Novi. He earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1992. In 1998 he graduated Magna cum Laude from Walsh College's Masters of Science in Information, Management, and Communication program.

Jeff began his career in the Internet World late in 1994 with Online Marketing Company, which became marchFIRST, where he earned the title of Internet Marketing Specialist of the year for 1995 and 1996. From there, Hofer & Beatty, a traditional advertising agency brought Mr. Stanislow on board to consult and start the agency's Interactive Division. Amy leads all legal, compliance, and privacy functions at Lotame, and is instrumental in informing Lotame’s product roadmap. Amy is a recognized thought leader advising executive management and business leads on industry-disruptive technology, digital innovation, and data analytics initiatives in all company lifecycles at companies such as Comscore, Dataminr, and ZeniMax. Prior to these experiences, Amy was in private practice at WilmerHale and clerked with the Delaware Court of Chancery. Amy is Co-Chair of Communications of the Law Department Management Network of the Association of Corporate Counsel, appointed as a board member to Duke University Alumni Association, and recently completed her term as co-chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Amy holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago.

Karalyn Zamora

Director of Digital Marketing + Growth, Gravity Products

Karalyn Zamora, Director of Digital Marketing and Growth at Gravity Products - Gravity Products specializes in sleep and wellness products - they're most famously known for Gravity Blanket, named by Time magazine as one of the best inventions of 2018. They've also been featured in Entrepreneur's "10 Genius Marketing Campaigns That Went Viral", Digiday, and Business Insider. She oversees social, paid digital media, influencer strategy, and product development. Prior to Gravity, she was the Digital Marketing Manager for Tao Group Las Vegas, overseeing the hospitality chain's digital advertising efforts along with influencer partnerships. She began her career as a member of American Apparel's e-commerce team, where she helped build the brand's e-commerce experience and customer acquisition strategy.

Nicole Zimmermann

Head of Customer and Marketing for Global Payments, Western Union

Nicole has a degree in Economics with majors in Marketing and Accounting from Johannes-Gutenberg University, Mainz, Germany, with continuing education at London Business School (Marketing Strategies) and Danube University (Certified CRM Program Manager).

At the beginning of her career, Nicole held various positions at Deutsche Telecom Consulting and T-Mobile in multiple countries covering an array of roles across strategy development, product, sales, marketing communications, segment marketing and customer relationship management.

Nicole joined Western Union in July 2007 as Director of Marketing in a regional role for Central & South East Europe. Her responsibilities included the development of new marketing strategies and go-to-market approaches for key remittance segments in Europe by analyzing the market and consumer data, segment target groups and developing the most relevant value propositions for the existing customer base. As the region grew, Nicole became Vice President of Europe, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

In 2011 Nicole relocated to Denver, Colorado and took on a newly created role to lead the Global Marketing Strategy, Planning and New Customer Segment Development team. Her role expanded in 2012 to include the Global Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty programs.

In 2014 Nicole moved again into a the newly built Transformation Office to support projects around customer experience, marketing and network productivity. This work transitioned into an initiative called “WU Way.” Nicole was selected by the CEO amongst 10 high potentials to develop and implement this cultural change and transformation journey including lean management principles from June 2016 to May 2018.

Following her time on the WU Way,  she joined the Global Payments business unit as Head of Customer and Marketing, to manage our global customer, marketing and communications teams who are responsible for driving the brand positioning, thought leadership communication and strategic segment marketing and customer experience programs, activities and campaigns.
