Tobias Dengel

Patrick Dolan

Mr. Dolan has been involved with the digital advertising and media industry for the better part of two decades. He pioneered many of digital advertising techniques while in senior roles at DoubleClick, now owned by Google. While Director of Business Operations at DoubleClick he was on the team that developed interest-based advertising, re-targeting and other data related digital advertising products.

Prior to the IAB he served as the Executive Director of The Locomotion Cable Channel, a joint venture between Hearst and Corus Entertainment. Mr. Dolan also served as the director of finance for George Soros’ network of philanthropic entities, the Open Society Institute, in Europe. Based in Budapest, he managed a budget of over $500 million disbursed in over 20 countries in Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Mr. Dolan received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Brett Robinson

Jeff Stanislow

Visionary Marketing Strategist and Certified Digital Marketing Professional

Jeff is a native Michigander, born and raised in Novi. He earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1992. In 1998 he graduated Magna cum Laude from Walsh College's Masters of Science in Information, Management, and Communication program.

Jeff began his career in the Internet World late in 1994 with Online Marketing Company, which became marchFIRST, where he earned the title of Internet Marketing Specialist of the year for 1995 and 1996. From there, Hofer & Beatty, a traditional advertising agency brought Mr. Stanislow on board to consult and start the agency's Interactive Division. Jeff was Vice President for ECS Group, a full-service Digital Solutions Provider. Prior to ECS Group, Mr. Stanislow started BlueChip Interactive, an Online Advertising and Marketing Company as a division of NetPlanet, which was purchased by ECS.

In the spring of 2001, Mr. Stanislow started his own Interactive Marketing and Advertising Company, Motor City Interactive which was renamed Chief Internet Marketer in 2011 as the business expanded outside of Michigan. Jeff has successfully created over 100 online marketing initiatives for all types of Clients including; Chrysler, Ford, GM, AAA Life Insurance, BASF, CarRental8.com, United Road, HoMedics, Comerica, and Flagstar Bank.

In 2013, Mr. Stanislow ventured into the online travel industry leading the charge for CarRental8.com to develop new channel partners and implemented many strategies that helped position the company for a successful acquisition late in 2015. 

Also, Jeff spent 5-years as an Adjunct Professor at Walsh College, teaching Interactive Marketing in an "online" environment and the past-President of GLIMA, Detroit's Interactive Marketing Association and served as Vice President for a ConnecTech chapter, Automation Alley's premier association for technology professionals.  Currently Jeff volunteers on the foundation board Advent Health and chairman of the largest fundraising initiative for Mother Teresa Catholic Schools.

Mr. Stanislow was recognized by Crain's Detroit, as a "Who is Who" in technology and has spoken on Interactive Marketing at over 10 regional conferences.  Most recently in Tampa at the Innovation Summit which had 5,000 attendees.  He is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional which comprises of a 30 hour course and three hour proctored examination.

Jeff currently lives in Tampa and is married with three children; twin boys, Jack and Evan, and daughter, Lily.

Elyssa Steiner

VP of Marketing, USA Technologies

Elyssa Steiner joined USA Technologies through the acquisition of Cantaloupe Systems, in 2017. In her current role as Vice President of Marketing she oversees all aspects of the marketing team. Prior to the merger she served as the Director of Marketing and focused on building and executing the overall strategic direction of marketing for Cantaloupe Systems.

Ms. Steiner has been in the unattended retail industry since 2010. Before joining Cantaloupe Systems, she served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Avanti Markets, where she was one of the early pioneers to introduce micro markets to the unattended retail industry. During her tenure at Avanti Markets she was responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing strategies and played a key role in increasing annual revenue by $20 million over the course of four years.

During her tenure in this market, Ms. Steiner’s enthusiasm and success have led her to become a well-respected mentor and award-winning executive in the industry. In 2013 she was voted Automatic Merchandiser Readers’ Choice Manufacturer Representative of the Year.  She has served on NAMA’s Government Affairs, WIN (Women of the Industry) and ELN (Emerging Leaders Network) committees.  She has also served as a contributor to the Frost & Sullivan Marketing community.

Ms. Steiner has a Master’s in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing from the University of Washington.

Christy Tanner

Executive Vice President + General Manager, CBS News Digital

Christy Tanner is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of CBS News Digital. In this role, she oversees CBS News on all digital platforms, including CBSN, CBS News’ digital streaming news network featuring live, anchored coverage across platforms, as well as CBSNews.com, mobile apps and OTT apps.

Under Tanner’s leadership, CBSN continues to drive strong and sustained viewership growth. Drawing an audience with a median age of 37, CBSN has increased viewership every year since launching in 2014 and set new viewership records in March 2020.

During her tenure at CBS News Digital, Tanner has spearheaded the expansion of CBSN’s original content slate and continually broadened distribution to make CBSN available on every major platform.

Formerly, Tanner was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of CBS Interactive Media, a group of premier entertainment brands. Tanner joined CBS Interactive through the company’s acquisition of TV Guide Digital, where as CEO she transformed the business for an on-demand, streaming audience. She previously held executive positions with The Washington Post Company, Wolters Kluwer and Reed Elsevier.

Tanner currently is a board member and special advisor to the executive committee of Digital Content Next, the leading trade organization serving premium digital content companies, where she previously served as co-chair from 2015-2017.

Tanner holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

News Corporation then invited her to join WSJ where she spent 11 years working her way up to leading the Financial Sales team. In 2019 Rachel joined Dianomi to lead their US Operations. Rachel lives in Westport, Connecticut with her family.

Nicole Zimmermann

Head of Customer and Marketing for Global Payments, Wester Union

Nicole has a degree in Economics with majors in Marketing and Accounting from Johannes-Gutenberg University, Mainz, Germany, with continuing education at London Business School (Marketing Strategies) and Danube University (Certified CRM Program Manager).

At the beginning of her career, Nicole held various positions at Deutsche Telecom Consulting and T-Mobile in multiple countries covering an array of roles across strategy development, product, sales, marketing communications, segment marketing and customer relationship management.

Nicole joined Western Union in July 2007 as Director of Marketing in a regional role for Central & South East Europe. Her responsibilities included the development of new marketing strategies and go-to-market approaches for key remittance segments in Europe by analyzing the market and consumer data, segment target groups and developing the most relevant value propositions for the existing customer base. As the region grew, Nicole became Vice President of Europe, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

In 2011 Nicole relocated to Denver, Colorado and took on a newly created role to lead the Global Marketing Strategy, Planning and New Customer Segment Development team. Her role expanded in 2012 to include the Global Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty programs.

In 2014 Nicole moved again into a the newly built Transformation Office to support projects around customer experience, marketing and network productivity. This work transitioned into an initiative called “WU Way.” Nicole was selected by the CEO amongst 10 high potentials to develop and implement this cultural change and transformation journey including lean management principles from June 2016 to May 2018.

Following her time on the WU Way,  she joined the Global Payments business unit as Head of Customer and Marketing, to manage our global customer, marketing and communications teams who are responsible for driving the brand positioning, thought leadership communication and strategic segment marketing and customer experience programs, activities and campaigns.
