Janét is the Chairwoman & CEO of Ahava Group Global—a women-led modern media parent company.

In 2019, Janét was honored by Conscious Company Media as one of the Top 22 Conscious Business Leaders; followed by the Young President’s Organization (YPO) selecting Ahava Group Global to partake in Ofactor’s Organizational Trust Survey to help define how Ahava Digital Group--a women-led digital consultancy has built a strong culture around trust. Janét is a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (iab) in the U.S. where she sits on committees for Data Benchmarks & Activation, Data Center of Excellence, Multicultural, Identity & Audience Data, Social Media and COPPA. She is a leader within the Google’s Women Techmakers, the UN Women Initiative for the National Council of Women in Canada and the 30% Club Canada —an organization that includes Chairs and CEOs to achieve better gender balance at board level and senior management levels working closely with Catalyst and Catalyst Accord initiatives.

Gail Miller Bisher

Gail serves as the Westminster Kennel Club’s director of communications, spokesperson, and on-air analyst for its iconic New York City dog show on FS1 every February. She has more than a decade of experience in marketing, brand development, content creation, and media relations with such organizations as the American Kennel Club and Webvet.com. She also served as an on-air representative appearing on national media outlets and as a sideline reporter for televised dog show events.

An award-winning advertising broadcast producer, Gail has Clio, Mobius, and Cannes shortlist wins to her credit. She holds a Master of Arts in Communications from St. Louis University, is a former ACE-certified personal trainer, and created the Super Fit Fido Club to educate pet dog owners about the importance of canine fitness.

After Opera Software ASA acquired AdMarvel in 2010, Mahi served as CEO Opera Mediaworks, the world’s largest mobile advertising platform.

Patrick Dolan

President + COO, iab.

Mr. Dolan has been involved with the digital advertising and media industry for the better part of two decades. He pioneered many of digital advertising techniques while in senior roles at DoubleClick, now owned by Google. While Director of Business Operations at DoubleClick he was on the team that developed interest-based advertising, re-targeting and other data related digital advertising products.

Prior to the IAB he served as the Executive Director of The Locomotion Cable Channel, a joint venture between Hearst and Corus Entertainment. Mr. Dolan also served as the director of finance for George Soros’ network of philanthropic entities, the Open Society Institute, in Europe. Based in Budapest, he managed a budget of over $500 million disbursed in over 20 countries in Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Mr. Dolan received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Alexandra Franco

B2B Marketing Manager, Gameloft

A thrill seeker, not afraid to try something new, Alexandra brings her passion, drive, and active pursuit for knowledge to her role as the North American B2B Marketing Manager at Gameloft. Her experience expands over a decade and across multiple industries including franchise networks, Out-of-Home Media companies, and currently plays in the world of mobile gaming.

Mike Grehan

Mike Grehan is CMO & Managing Director at Acronym, a leading international agency recognized for excellence in search, social media, eCommerce, analytics and technology. Tiffany Coletti Kaiser

Brett Robinson

Elyssa Steiner joined USA Technologies through the acquisition of Cantaloupe Systems, in 2017. In her current role as Vice President of Marketing she oversees all aspects of the marketing team. Prior to the merger she served as the Director of Marketing and focused on building and executing the overall strategic direction of marketing for Cantaloupe Systems.

Ms. Steiner has been in the unattended retail industry since 2010. Before joining Cantaloupe Systems, she served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Avanti Markets, where she was one of the early pioneers to introduce micro markets to the unattended retail industry. During her tenure at Avanti Markets she was responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing strategies and played a key role in increasing annual revenue by $20 million over the course of four years.

During her tenure in this market, Ms. Steiner’s enthusiasm and success have led her to become a well-respected mentor and award-winning executive in the industry. In 2013 she was voted Automatic Merchandiser Readers’ Choice Manufacturer Representative of the Year.  She has served on NAMA’s Government Affairs, WIN (Women of the Industry) and ELN (Emerging Leaders Network) committees.  She has also served as a contributor to the Frost & Sullivan Marketing community.

Christy Tanner

Executive Vice President + General Manager, CBS News Digital

Christy Tanner is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of CBS News Digital. In this role, she oversees CBS News on all digital platforms, including CBSN, CBS News’ digital streaming news network featuring live, anchored coverage across platforms, as well as CBSNews.com, mobile apps and OTT apps.

Under Tanner’s leadership, CBSN continues to drive strong and sustained viewership growth. Drawing an audience with a median age of 37, CBSN has increased viewership every year since launching in 2014 and set new viewership records in March 2020.

During her tenure at CBS News Digital, Tanner has spearheaded the expansion of CBSN’s original content slate and continually broadened distribution to make CBSN available on every major platform.

Formerly, Tanner was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of CBS Interactive Media, a group of premier entertainment brands. Tanner joined CBS Interactive through the company’s acquisition of TV Guide Digital, where as CEO she transformed the business for an on-demand, streaming audience. She previously held executive positions with The Washington Post Company, Wolters Kluwer and Reed Elsevier.

Tanner currently is a board member and special advisor to the executive committee of Digital Content Next, the leading trade organization serving premium digital content companies, where she previously served as co-chair from 2015-2017.

Tanner holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Mike Vorhaus

Mike Vorhaus founded Vorhaus Advisors in November 2018. Mike worked at Magid for 24 years, founding the Internet practice in 1995 and the Gaming Practice in 2001.
